Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at info@Galiniatelier.store.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item is returned safely.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
